I'm glad you want to be prepared, however you're going to wind up carrying around a lot of stuff if you get a pre-filled kit (and it's going to wind up costing you more). I'm a paramedic, and I don't carry anywhere NEAR what some of these people are

Bandaids
Roller Bandages
Gauze pads
CPR Mask
Bactine
Gloves
Asprine
Triple Antibiotic Ointment
Single Use...

You should add the following to your kit:

Tweezers
Alcohol pads
Ace Bandage
Benadryl
Hand Sanitizer
Remember to check your expiration dates on the meds from time to time.
