End Times Survival

Ok so we have being told by the prophets and the seven children of Marjorie that we are in the end of times. NOT THE END OF THE WORLD but the end of the times... we are told that a child of satan an anti christ will become a leader and will be able to create miracles but is pure evil and will trick people and tell them that he is god creating his own religion and will try get rid of the catholic faith and get rid of mass and churches everywhere . Then he will start war setting off atomic bombs killing everyone but the ones who have our lords faith will not be effected .. It will be a case for survival and the recession is the start of it. This is all meant to happen in the next ten years.. Theres alot more that I didnt add but my question is what are your toughts ? I dont really know what to think is it a bit far fetched or do you think that this will actually happen.. Dont participate in answering this if your going to insult me or anyone else.. Thanks in advance.

On Jan 31, 2006, our department was told it would be closing in six months, which would have been the end of June 2006. It is now June 2007 and the department has NOT closed down. The "final" date has been changed at least six times, dragging this layoff out for over a year.

As the supervisor of the department, I want to stay till the end, plus the small severence package is essential to my financial survival. However, each time a date is announced I send out resume's, and the date gets changed. This makes a job search near impossible.

At what point does this become harrassment? Can my employer just keep extending the "final" date without any responsibility to those losing their jobs?

To my knowledge there are no laws regarding the date change of a layoff, unless the layoff is the direct result of the entire facility closing.

As to sending out resumes, keep sending them out. Even if you're currently employed. It is better to make money and have health benefits while looking for a new job than to be broke and unemployed.

If you knew a major catastrophe was going to wipe out most of the world's population in 5 years time, what would you do to ensure your survival?

I would make sure that all of my Godly affairs are in order first. I would ensure that above all else.

If I knew of the catastrophe, I would do whatever I could to stop it if possible. If it was something out of my ability to stop (such as a meteor hitting the Earth), then I would try to determine the best places to survive the impact or source of catastrophe (up to, and including building an ark.)

At that point, I would relocate to that area and begin stockpiling anything/everything I could. I would have my immediate family with me and any others that would choose to come with me. At that point, whether I survived or not would be in God's hands...even if I chose the most survivable place....it still might be my time.

If I survived the catastrophy, hopefully I would have stockpiled enough to give me a good start at rebuilding and living and surviving (hopefully with my family and friends).

It's really comes down to ethics.

You'd have to balance the accuracy of your prediction, with the panic any announcement would cause.

I'm currently reading a book called "Apocalypse 2012" and it's a scientific approach to the Mayan end times (12/21/2012 11:11PM). I’ve always had a fascination with post-apocalyptic survival scenarios. How do you feel about the end times? Of course, 2012 is regarded as sort of a rebirth, or new age. But with the coming of a new age there is much death.

It's the end of the world as we know it in five years. The sun will be in the middle of the milky way galaxy and it does this every 26,000 or so years. Quite frankly i wish it would be tommorow.. well no, i got stuff i would like to get done first, but this means a sign of greater times. We have destroyed this planet enough where we need this as we need not destroy it more and right now cell phones and industry to a great job on doing that. I have always said since i've been in high school a decade and a half ago that an ice age was coming and never crossed my mind that it was going to start in 2012. My belief is we will go through another ice age and in a million or so years from now, god will transport much better and more evovled humans starting right back in the caveman days again.

I wonder what will be left of cities that will not be sunk. How much debree will not be cleaned up as we have evolved quite high, but according to conversations with god as far as evolution is conserned we are at are own 12 yard line as of a few years ago and im sure we have only moved the ball a yard since then. 13% evolved means we will probalby have 2-3 more ice ages and life getting better. That is my take on it. It's not the end of the world. That is around 4.5 billion years for now. But a change in society for the post ice age. I can't wait to see how we look and act in our next scene.
