Hegemony Or Survival

The copy I have is in very good condition, with some shelf wear on the dust jacket. It is the first edition of the book, printed in 2003, with the author's signiture in ink on the first page. I have been considering selling it, but don't know what would be a fair price for it. The book is in pristine, unread condition other than the dust jacket wear. Any input about the books value would be greatly appreciated.

The only true test of what it's worth is what someone is willing to give you for it.

I think Chomsky is an interesting individual and I haven't read that book yet. It might be kinda cool to read a signed copy. I will give you 20 bucks over suggested retail. Email me if you are interested.

It's a very complex text. Unless you're used to reading involved political analysis, you might want to read something like "Chomsky for Beginners" by David Cogswell instead - or at least read it first so you'll be ebtter prepared for the "real thing".

What does this Quote mean? Doing an essay on it and im confused on what to write about...This came from Noam Chomsky book Hegemony or survival America's quest for global dominance...HELP

That Greek form of empire does not equate into the American form or a republic format. Americans do not want that form of dominance. If you are referring into bio medic data for a lopsided code to achieve nobility. If your theory is achieved I hope to god I hope my family tree is long deceased. Whom in there right mind would want a life under those conditions similar to a bad science fiction novel.

Just curious.

No need to "rush to buy a copy" here. I read it awhile ago and find Chomsky to be dead on the money. Of course he is an intellectual so I don't expect many people can even pronounce the title much less get the message.
