How do i get my rival to be in the survival area?

1) You must first complete the Elite 4
2) Go talk to Buck
3) Finish Stark Mountain
4) Talk to him on a Saturday or Sunday

The house at survival area thats locked and a nearby person says they see alot of gym leaders go in there

ok what you do is you go all the way up to stark mountain
on ur way there u meat the fourth gym leader and he talks for a while
after his done talking keep going up
once near stark mountain u meet buck
he joins u
go into the mountain and beat up team galactic who are there
once that is done
u can go into the house in the survival area
there you rebattle the gym learders evryday is a diff ones

am in the survival area and where to get to battle the gym learders again it said its shut

You have to go to Stark Mountain and find Buck in the volcano and take him through the whole thing then he will tell you to come visit him sometime in the Survival Area, then you can get in.

im currently at the battle tower. do i have to win all the battles in the tower before i can go to the survival area
there is if u look on the map

You must first finish the sinnoh dex once its complete go to sandgem town and talk to rowan proffeser oak will show up and they will talk and talk until oak gives you the nathinal dex, then your aloud in the suruvial area and the resort area,

My cousin is stuck in the Fight Area. He went to the Battle Tower and had been in several battles. He still cannot leave. Trainers block both exits. What does he need to do to get out?

unlock national dex. Do this by seeing every pokemon in sinnoh and then going to professor rowan's lab.
