i want a site that is very descriptive and helpful on the topic of "survival".
Just use the computer search engines for survival information and you should get several sites that explain. If you have a specific type of survival info that you are looking for, use that in the search.
What is required to avoid catastrophic climate change and how increasing our urban albedo can help us to mitigate climate change locally and ...
Say you and a few friends, only around the age of 13, was stranded in the middle of a vast land, like a forest, waterfall, caves etc, but there was no civilization for miles, and you walked and walked all day, but no civilization or people and you had nothing on you except the clothes your wearing and a laptop with no signal and a low battery.
1) How would you wash ?
2) How would you get clean drinking water?
3) How would you ever find your way out into civilization.
4) What would you eat?
5) How would you entertain yourself
Thank you.
You head downhill. Eventually, you come to water. With no civilization around, the water would be relatively safe, especially if you could find a spring. That takes care of washing and drinking water; eventually, it leads you to civilization. You can always start a fire with eyeglasses used as a lens.
The forest is loaded with good food, if you know what it is. So are the streams. Besides, you can last a month without solid food, three days without water.
Entertainment would consist of the endless hunt for food. And watching your friends test it to determine whether it is poisonous or edible.

I need information for a science project. I need to know what kind of clothes, food, and supplies you'd bring when you explore a cave.

I'm interested in finding out how to deal with change at work, dealing with undermining, sly or underhand tactics from colleagues, without seeming paranoid, using psychology to outwit.
Well this might help and I wish I had this when I worked in an office as they won in the end...........
The only way to be happy and successful; Do it Anyway
People are often unreasonable, irrational and self-centred;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and sincere, people may deceive you;
Be honest and sincere anyway.
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight;
Create anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, will often be forgotten;
Do good anyway.
Give the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give your best anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.

Emergency Kit + Information = Survival | The Survival Mom
I thought I had checked out every survival and emergency website out there, but last week I was pleasantly surprised by the discovery of Survival-Goods . The website is not only well organized with a variety of emergency survival kits and supplies, but it also contains some excellent articles, all written by experts in the emergency preparedness field. Not all emergency preparedness stores include information that explains
I just started reading the one on "biohazards" and the related link on "biohazard equipment". My MIL has diabetes and I gave her a super-cheap sharps container: one plastic cup from a kid's meal with the lid taped on. It's easy to push the sharps in, but they don't fall back out easily. This is a quick and easy (and free) thing to add to your SHTF first aid kit, just in case. And a washed stockpile of those freebies aren't bad to add to the stash of paper plates in the basement.
