survival horror for those who dont know are games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Dead Space, Onimusha, Fatal Frame, Siren, Clock Tower, etc. list also exactly which game in the series you list is your fav.

Resident Evil series would be my favorite. After that it would be Silent Hill.

In example: A man is driving his car and it asks if you want him to drive right or left. Let's say, you choose left and he drives off a cliff and dies. If he would've chosen right, he would've lived.

I just gave that example so you'll get what I'm asking. If anyone knows of any survival horror games of that nature, please tell me.

Before games like Fatal Frame and Haunting Ground, Silent Hill introduced gamers to a different breed of horror: Psychological scares.

Games like the Resident Evil series relied on shock factor to scare players out of their wits. Even older titles like Clock Tower, despite lending players a sense of dread at every corner, still went out of its way to make you jump. Silent Hill attempted to go about a different way to scare gamers by giving them a sense of paranoia through the use of the game's atmosphere. Ambient sounds, dark visuals and unnerving movement took the place of jolt-inducing scare tactics to make you dread going through every door or turning the next corner.

If you missed the first incarnation of Silent Hill, you'll have another chance. Konami and Climax Group are bringing a "reimagining" of the original Silent Hill (subtitles "Shattered Memories") over to the Wii. This time, the game will "learn" what scares you most, changing the way it acts depending on your actions and reactions. How deep that reactive system will go remains to be seen, but I added a link to the game in my sources.
