Survive

I have this huge progect and i recieved a role. Im an edcated retired judge, and im very wealthy. I move to upper canada during 1815-1838. How do i survive? i know how villagers survive-they grow crops and create potash. how do the wealthy survive? do i buy everything in the store or also grow crops? how do i make my home?

The Judge hires the villagers to grow the crops and create the potash for him....;)

I want to get my sister a houseplant for her dorm for Christmas, but she is unable to take it home during breaks and over the summer. Are there any suggestions for plants that would be able to survive without water for that long of a period of time? Cacti are problematic for her because she over waters them and they die. Can anything survive lots of water and then no water?
she can't help it. she knows she shouldn't, but when she gets stressed she starts watering. There's no way around it that I know of.

Isn't it easier to tell your sis not to 'over water' the cacti??

It depends on the dogs' motivation.

Survival depends on your ability to protect vital strike points while not escalating the aggression level in the dogs, and assumes that the dogs are not raising the level independant of your actions. What to do, specifically, is impossible to anticipate ... other than to know that you must be able to outsmart the dogs. Trying to overpower two determined rotts that are working together to bring you down is just not very likely.

The type of person most likely to survive is one who can endure several minutes of extreme pain without further exciting the dogs.

Those things said, the very best way to survive any attack from any perpetrator, two legged or four, is to be smart enough not to put yourself in the middle of a risky situation.

I know you can keep a gold fish, and beta fish in a fish bowl and it will survive in the bowl. But what other fish can survive in just a fish bowl without an airpump and heater, and everything you need for a big aquirium.

I've kept my beta fish in room temperature water and haven't had a problem. If you do decide to buy a beta fish, I'm adding a link to an eHow article that explains what they need and how to take care of them.
